is_human() is a spam-trapping plugin I created in 2008. The plugin was built on WordPress 2.5 and therefore a lot of bugs have arisen since I last updated it, and I haven’t gotten around to fixing them just yet. It may or may not work on your installation of WordPress, but feel free to give it a shot until I recreate it from the ground up in the next couple months.
