Your plugin was the only one I could find that went from posts to pages but it doesn't work all the time. Looks like your plugin doesn't always play well with Permalinks. After I changed the Permalinks setup from the default, with your plugin installed (but not set actually to do any redirection), I found all requests to my blog's homepage were suddenly being redirected to a random post. You might want to look into that, as it took me a while (and several panicky posts to a Wordpress.org forum) before I tried disabling Redirect, and everything was fine again.
